How long does PayPal take to decides a claim?

An eBay buyer filed a claim (that what he bought on eBay was not as described)...how long until PayPay decides the "case"? Days, weeks??

I responded yesterday (and the facts are clearly on my side, even eBay concurs).

It depends on when the buyer escalates the dispute to a claim.  After that happens then PayPal may request information and then then make a decision after 10 days.

Make sure you submit all of your evidence befor escalating to a claim.
