So recently I was charged a big amount of money on my account and I found out it was my son who bought the item. Anyways I filed a report and a refund on it and waited until a week for my refund and i've been contacting the person about it and he only responded with one thing and stopped replying back. I bought this item on the 22nd of November and waited for this whole week to get it but nope I haven't received it. I need help solving this problem. The purchase was about 40$
