Right, so someone stole £34.99 from my account because they somehow got into a "trusted auto purchase" thing for easy access. I was never told this was a thing and I never allowed these people to steal my money! The useless people at Paypal won't help me with this because they seem to be okay with someone stealing money off of me because it was a "trusted auto purchase thing". Adding onto this, I have not received anything from this as if it was somehow an accidental purchase, but guess what? IT WASN'T! Someone stole money off of me and Paypal won't do **bleep**.
Sorry for my bad language, but Paypal is testing my patience with their crappy "help" service.
Please help, thanks.

I understand how an agreement that you weren't aware of can be frustrating.
When making a purchase that requires a preapproved billing, we ask for your authorisation during the payment and we also send you an email confirming the agreement was created. Make sure you cancel this agreement so they can't continue billing you. Here is how you'd do that: https://www.paypal.com/uk/selfhelp/article/how-do-i-cancel-an-automatic-payment-i-have-with-a-mercha.... You would want to reach out to this merchant if you initially authorized a charge with them as we wouldn't be able to accept a transaction like this as unauthorised.
