Has anyone else had difficulties starting a resolution when it comes to this company? This is the first time I've attempted to fill out a resolution. When I hit the file button I get a box that says I already started a resolution with this company and to go view the claim. However, nothing shows up in the claims section. I can't get a resolution to go through. I emailed PayPal and I get a generic reply giving instructions on how to start a resoluion- the same steps I just did. Is it an issue with this company or an issue with PayPal? Help I need my refund from this fraudulent company!
