Pillow Bread is a company that advertises on various social media sites and accepts Pay Pal payment for the products they promote. Unfortunately Pillow Bread does not ship the merchandise in a timely fashion and apparently does not maintain inventory for the products they promote. I have been trying to notify PayPal of this issue but the only avenue provided is the totally inadequate "Resolution Center" which only perpetuates the problem by sending more email to a company that has no interest in customer service. Anyone out there know a way to contact an actual human being at PayPal to notify them that this company is not reputable?
