I can find nothing in Activity, and I didn't make any purchases.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community in regards to an unauthorized transaction. I apologize if this transaction has caused any concern. 

First off, make sure to never provide information to other users on this community that is pertinent to your account. Also, if you do not see this charge on your PayPal account, I'd recommend disputing this transaction directly with AMEX so we can restrict the account that is using your card information.
