FRAUD?? Customers repeatedly cancelling orders

Just an FYI for the community...
Since 01/01/2018, we have had 3 different email addresses place multiple orders only to cancel them. All 3 are aol email addresses. All 3 have paid by eCheck (multiple times) and do not respond to any questions or confirmation requests except to cancel right as the eCheck clears. This is highly unusual for our business. I am guessing this is some sort of scam or fraud.

possibly some one trying to pay from hacked paypal account, always wait for the payment to be clear before shipping out the item
