I have recently open a dispute with a seller who does wedding card invitation. As the files i send him are vectorized and will never be pixalated nor blur even if i were to stretch them to 2 meters or 200 meters, i'm shock to find the invites send to me blur and pixalated. The seller has refuse to answer my email and instead has given a reply that the file i send over is blur.
What i want to find out is if buyer protection cover services like printing of invites that was not up to standard? Overall the speed and the paper is fine, it just that the prints are all blur which make reading of text and everything a hassle and unprofessional as well.
