I reported an unauthorized purchase on January 31st on 2018. Paypal sent me an e mail saying they decided it was unauthorized and would refund me. When I looked in the cases I couldn't find any where to turn the dispute to a claim. And when I looked in cases today it wasn't in the open are closed disputes. I called and they said they couldn't find a reason to not refund me.
