Seller cancelling an cleanly placed eBay order..

        I'm "**bleep**."

For minor reasons, a VENDOR had closed my account.

I look to Ebay for the item I'm interested in getting and finding it, complete my purchase through PPal.

I then receive confirmation from Ebay via email that my purchase was complete and without issue.

At this point the "seller" cancels my order after PPal had ALSO confirmed my order as being completed like I have done HUNDREDS of TIMES.

HOW THE HELL DOES ANYONE THAT that Uses EBay as their sales agent cancel a properly completed EBay transaction?

Same question with PPal,  the seller has NOTHING TO DO WITH A BUYER PAYING FOR an EBay ITEM.

Pretend this was a Real Estate Transaction...

You can't force a seller to sell, as long as they issue you with a refund then you can buy from a better seller.
