Report Unauthorized Payment screen loads forever

Hello,

I found a preappoved payment that I have never approved. So, I clicked "report an issue", I check the "unauthorized transaction" and click continue.

After that there is a circle sign spining around (loading icon) and nothing more. It never loads...

I have tried different browsers, Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and two different PCs and my mobile phone. It is the same problem everywhere..

problem remains after all this time. Paypal doen't give a rat's **bleep** about operational problems.

It still doesn't load as of February 26th, 2018. I've been waiting for 9 minutes now....
