helllo community. This account I am using, was used for a business. I had a website, that has a 20 sentence of ToS and user agreement. But guess what? A buyer bought tremendous amount of items from my store. Guess what again? The buyer charged back all items he bought just hours after purchasing them. Guess again. I had to replied on every single charge back case and tried to defend myself.. I stated to PayPal, gave them to website link to my ToS, and even wrote a long paragraph but in the end they are on the seller's side. What even more annoying is that the reason for the chargeback is "Unauthorized Payment". Which, is always the reason for the chargebacks I get. I doubt they are even actually "unauthorized".
Yeah. My account was suspended. My money, the time I've wasted for everything, was destroyed by a ONE single person who had nothing to do but ruin others.
should I try fighting to win a chargeback next time?
