Dispute has been open for 3 months without any progress or feedback

I opened a dispute at the end of Febuary for a transaction that I did not authorize (I recieved a notification that payment was sent to an unknown recipient).  I opened a dispute immediately to cancel the payment.

 

CaseID PP-002-216-432-338 has been stilling in an open status since Feb 22 2013 without any visible progress or feedback on next steps.  If I change the view, it doesn't show up under 'requiring you action', 'awaiting other  party's response' or 'being reviewed by PayPal'.

 

What's this ticket waiting for?  How do I bump it along?
