Denying Claims for an Authorized Activities

Hi, I recently found six activities that made payments to Chinese eBay sellers.

I did not make it anyone of those and claimed to resolution center.

I got responses that they are not unauthorized activities and three of them are already withdraw from my bank account.

Why they denied my claims and how can I solve the problems?
