Re-Activating a Cancelled Pre-Authorized Payment

I had pre-authorized FACEBOOK, but at some point it was placed inactive.  How can I re-activate it.  When I try through FACEBOOK it says that my payment method has been suspended and tells me to go through PayPal to rectify.

 

Please someone help!!
