Today I received an invoice for $392 from Convergent Outsourcing telling me my PayPal Account was a negative balance, but I could settle for $137. I checked my PalPal whish has $0.00 balance. I'm assuming this is another scam.
About 2 years ago at 11:58 pm, a PayPal email popped up saying PalPal was paying my invoice to somebody. I knew I didn't owe anyone, so put in a fraudulent email at that very moment. PalPay held the money, tried to contact the invoicee, but when they did not respond, they refunded the money into my account. I believe this is the same bunch....I think the dollar amount is the same.
