My account had a -$51.98 balance for about 30 days. On March 22nd, I brought my account to around +$370. However, I just received a letter from the collection agency Convergent Outsourcing , dated March 24th, that I owe that $51.98. I called PayPal & they told me to just ignore them, but Convergent Outsourcing is still trying to collect & will surely try to report this to the credit bureaus. Any advice?
