I bought an item from someone who did a bait and switch on me from ebay. I filed a item not received claim with ebay and it was denied stating they had a tracking number showing I rececived it. Problem is seller sent a cheap "free gift" and that was what the tracking number was for. So when I got denied with ebay I filed a claim here for the same item trying to get my money back. In the mean time I filed a appeal with ebay and the reversed their ruling and refunded my the money. So now I have the money and also a claim on here (paypal) for the same item. I do not see where I can cancel this claim as already remedied or do I just let paypal research the claim and close it? Thanks

The case can time out if there is no action or escalation taken in 20 days from the date you open dispute.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Sharpiemarker, I am wanting to close a dispute. And that did not answer the question.
