Hello! Yesterday i sold a digital service to one of my customers. It was sent through goods&services option. When he recieved his goods he opened a chargeback reversal case with reason of Unauthorized transaction.. Also i can't reply to this case..Any advices to not get scammed? I would really appreciate your help.
