I bought an item on ebay longer than 45 days ago already. I contacted the seller and he kept telling me it was going to arrive soon, yet it still never did, he scammed me it's been nearly 2 months now and the item doesn't exist in my hands. I cannot open a dispute now because it's too late, and I want my money back that I paid for. What can I do about that, ebay won't let me open a dispute because it's past 45 days.
Its a pity you didnt open a dispute before, the only thing you can try now is if you paid by card ask your service provider/bank if they can help you chargeback
Report the buyer on Ebay, leave appropriate feedback and block them on your blocked bidders list
