Amazing how payapl won't answer questions, but they expect their uses to do so. Hmmm.
So fellow Paypalians,
I received $83.22 in USD on Feb 2nd 2018
I only looked at my balance today as I sent some cash to a friend and thought 'great I have 83.22 in cash to spend'!!
On my home screen the balance shows as $69.33
In the incoming fund transaction, paypal showed no fees deducted
I checked the transactions to make sure I hadn't bought anything for $13.89...I had not
I checked the Help center, checked my notifications and there is no message explaining the cash release amount.
I couldn't find anything useful searching for 'cash balance'
Any idea where $13.89 has gone to?
