Hello! I sold a luxury bag, shipped it with insurance and signature confirmation with USPS. It was signed for and delivered to right address according to USPS and buyer's local postmaster. However, signature and address not legible and suspicious (only squigly lines). Buyer said she did not received item and most likely it was stolen or delivered to wrong address. How am i protected as a seller? I did everything I am supposed to but scared paypal may side with the buyer????

If tracking shows delivery of the item to the buyers paypal registered address then you should be ok.
But we can't second guess paypals decision so unfortunately you may just have to wait it out, good luck.
