Accidently did not ask for a refund

So I am charging back on somebody and have made a mistake. I didn't notice the "refund" option, and I did not ask for a refund, even though I wanted to. I guess I thought it was clear enough that if I was making a complaint on the person that I wanted a refund. Is there any way I can change it so that I ask for a full refund? Or am I just **bleep** and there is nothing I can do? Please help me 😞

Yes, I received the digital good in game, it works in the same way csgo crates work, if you know what game that is. I went to go redeem the item I purchased in game, and when I redeemed it no rewards were received.
