and they never gave me and when I contact they do not respond this site is a FRAUD, and I am disappointed with paypal does not solve my refund as a site like paypal still let you use your name to this site, to get in touch with paypal say they have to get in touch with the seller but the seller does not respond and paypal do not want to be responsible for repayment to get in doubt paypal is already reliable site that lets you use your name anywhere and then not responsible for reemboso would that someone help me to solve this problem if there is some televone the ombudsman paypal so there is a possible repayment agreement

Have you opened a dispute for non receipt of item via paypal?

I did it,  when i select the option I recive this mensagem "You have already filed a unauthorized activity case regarding this transaction. Please visit the Resolution Center to view the status of your open cases." when I contact by email paypal no answer my email. Paypal answer "you need contact the seller"  but the site is a fraud theys no answer nothing.

Well you didn't did you?

You filed a dispute for unauthorised access and that means you are telling paypal that your paypal account was hacked and used without your consent.

As this was not the case the dispute was closed and you can only open x1 dispute per transaction.

Why did you not file for non receipt of item??? You would have got a refund then if the seller could not prove with a tracking number that you received your item.

My first time I opened a dispute with the item not received and no success, after a week I contacted paypal and the option for dispute for non receipt was disabled and gave the same message "You have already filed the unauthorized activity Regarding case this transaction. Please visit the Resolution Center to view the status of your open cases. " so it was released compete for Unauthorised and filled it again after that paypal stopped responding me by email and I do not know how procedir why not received the product and now I do not get the money back which is the sector with whom I need to talk to get that money back already that the site was a spam paypal should not accept according to the website.
