this is my first time using paypal. Someone is buying a product from me. He said he emailed me the money but its on hold until i confirm i shipped it. however, i didnt not recieve a confirmation email nor is ther ehistory of a hold on my account. Is that normal for a hold or should i have recieved a comfirmation?
Sounds like you're almost in the same boat as kp7 here. Your instincts are spot on though. if you can't see the money in your account, then the transaction hasn't happened (unless your email address isn't confirmed...you might want to check on that first. If it's not confirmed, confirm it through your profile and wait a few minutes to see if the payment appears.).
