Involved in dispute for software. Am I covered and how do I upload documents?

Hi,

My name is Daniel and I am in dispute with a programmer concerning a piece of software I asked him to code.

He has repeatedly sent me the wrong code/plugin and on one occasion even sent me a copyrighted plugin from another coder and tried to pass it off as his own.
He claims that he's given me a full refund yet nothing shows in my account so I had to escalate the dispute to a claim, (for want of a better reason I filed the claim under item not received as I did not receive the code I paid for) however now I am unable to upload documents for Paypal to review despite the case now requiring my action?
How can I upload documents to show this guy is a pure scammer? I don't want to change the dispute nature or anything like that and I'm worried if I leave it too long Paypal will go ahead and rule in this guys favour!

I'll ring them tomorrow I think to ask for clarification if none can be provided here although it's on my mum's account as at the time of purchase I didn't have the necessary funds in my own. Could this be an issue?

Thanks,

Paypal allows a dispute to be filed for an intangable item, which your was, but once it is upgraded to a paypal claim, it should have closed out ... a wash...
