hi i have a problem on my account it says that some one was trying to get access to my paypal account i crteated another one but could not link my bank card so please help asap.
By creating a econd ccount, you created a new problem. You are only permitted 1 acocunt, unless the second one is a business account.
You cannot link a bank account nor a credit card it they are already used in another account. Bank and credit cards must be removed from an account before adding to a new account.
