Sold iPhone Buyer Falsely Claims Locked

I sold an iPhone 6 Plus on eBay that was unlocked. After over three weeks the buyer started to slam me with messages yesterday through eBay...changing her story each time...In the beginning she stated that she did not have AT&T service in her area and could not use the phone.  This phone works with any carrier that uses a Sim card and I politely told her that. She sent me more messages and I again politely answered them. Then she finally went to Paypal...not eBay...and told Paypal that the phone was locked. I got a message that there was a cased.  I promptly called Paypal and forward the correspondence from AT&T showing my unlocking instructions and case number with them.  I most definetly walked the right line and after I was done the computer screen showed that it was unlocked. I then called AT&T and they said it showed at their end.  I then put the phone up for sale on eBay. The buyer also told me that she spoke to Verizon and they told her it was locked.  Well, Verizon does not use Sim cards and this phone does so how could they say this.  I don't believe she went to Verizon. She lied constantly and changed her story constantly.  Now the phone has gone down over $100 in value...due to the time factor of it being almost a month by the time I get it back.  Yes you heard right.  Paypal has decided that I must take it back.  Nobody looked at the harrassing messages I got from her.  Nobody saw that she kept changing her story.  And nobody even looked at my proof from AT&T to unlock the phone.  How do I tell if this is the same phone when she returns it?  How do I telll if it is in the same operating condition as when I sold it?  This girl took three weeks to decide she does not want the phone.  I never in my auction on eBay stated that this was an AT&T phone.  She told Paypal it was but never took any screen shot of the phone to show it was locked.  She told me in one of her messages the following:

If you look in the phone where it say's general and about
phone it clearly say's the phone's carrier is AT&T which means your ad was
false and it is NOT UNLOCKED

Of course she will get this......she never changed the Sim card to another carrier.  I have the website that shows the phone is unlocked.  I have the proof!  And Paypal is ignoring my information.

Any help would be appreciated!
