Ok I just sold an item on Ebay and the buyer told me that he made a new account & paypal just to buy my item. They said that an error came to making the paypal and that they dont know what to do from there. Later I got an email from the buyer saying they put down their email from work and was unable to retreive the code or something to process the order. But on my ebay it says that it was a confirmed purchase & I have the money pending on my paypal account. Is it safe to ship since I have gotten paid? The buyer won't return my messages or my emails so I dont really know what to do
You don't really have the funds until they are released and deposited into your PayPal Account. Suggest not shipping until that actually happens. Your other option would be to cancel the order after the funds are released and do a refund as you are dealing with a shakey buyer.
But I can't recieve the money since paypal has to hold it since Im a new seller. The money says in pending balance along with the money I received from selling my other crap this week.
I swear paypal is garbage. Holding my money for 3 weeks? Come on. My last sell the buyer already received and left + feedback and still no release of my money. Have sent emails to paypal but no reply. What a joke compnay.
I'm just asking whether it would be wise to ship or not since I have the money pending and their address is confirmed. All I care about is that I get the money.
