Seller files False Claim and I have the emails to proof it.....Paypal still backs Buyer

Buyer custom ordered, paid, recieved earrings. Emailed that she loved them. Said the claim she made was against another merchant for a different product, that she called Paypal to cancel the claim. She has the earrings and the money that Paypal refunded. All this even though I sent the requested documentation to Paypal.....

What do I do.....just such it up?

If the buyer admits she made a false claim then why not send her a money request and she can pay you again.

If she filed for item received but not as described then normally the buyer has to return the item first before they get a refund, did this not happen?

No she said it was an item that she did not order from Ebay that was charged to her in error. Nope....she got the money and the merchandise....I like the idea of asking for payment again...I'lll try that and see what happens
