Security phone number on account

i can't log in to my account. I'm being prompted to send a txt msg or a phone call but it is linked to an old phone number. 

Live tried changing my password but no luck. How can I get this number changed? So that I can access my account.

you need to phone customer support because paypal's 2nd wall of security check keeps activating.
