I got a message from PAYPAL stating
"If the transaction was 200,00 EUR or more, we require signature confirmation from your seller. This is an additional service that most shipping companies can provide, when requested."
How should I go about it. When I send packages, the company usually requires the signature by default. Is there some special additional service for the signature confirmation that paypal need or the regular one fits? Will I need a copy of the signature?
Also, when they ship the parcel, sometimes there are person is away and they give it to his family member, etc. Will I need to make sure that the seller is the one who will takes it from courier? I will ship to seller adress that was provided by paypal.
Thanks for the help and sorry for my broken english

When you ship the parcel, make sure you select the correct option with the shipping company. Select that the signature must be by the addressee; there will be a higher fee.
After you ship, provide the details to PayPal.
Just be aware that not all countries provide the service.
