I have a claim in the resolution center. The Seller submitted a tracking number. Talking with the postal service it is not a tracking number. PayPal's resolution center gives me these options.
If you've resolved this problem, you can cancel this claim anytime.
If you received the item but it's different than you expected, you can change your reason for this claim.
I don't want to cancel my claim and I have not received the item so I can't change my reason for the claim.
How do I proceed? It says "claim is requiring your action", but I have no option to write to the resolution center nor can I esclate a claim because it is already a claim. It says without response in 10 days the claim will be closed.
thanks
