I just recieved a phone back that I sold on Swappa after the buyer filed a claim, and won. When I opened the package I found the Morphie Case that I sold with the phone missing, and the power adapter missing from the box too. How do I dispute or notify PayPal of this? Everything I see or click is buyer related!?!?!
Rather than wait too long, you could call PayPal customer service.
This is a serious risk of accepting returns from buyers; I've heard of this before when a buyer had to go through PayPal to force a return with tracking. The contents may not be what was originally sent.
You would need to appeal the case. To make sure you get it right, however, a phone call to PayPal is probably best.
