hello everybody i really need some help. i purchased a car via paypal from someone across the country from me. i saved pics of the ad and our conversations. i asked him many times if anything was wrong with it or broken. The pictures he sent me of the car looked good but then when i recieved the car from the shipping company the car was missing parts, has more problems than listed, also is ridden with rust and a bent frame. what can i do? he lied about the condition.
