I sold an ebay item to a buyer in Canada (who had zero feedback) using ebay's global shipping program. Buyer was slow to pay so ebay unpaid assistant came on. Buyer then paid and I shipped immediately. Buyer then filed a paypal claim sayig the paypal transaction was unauthorized. Paypal took my money back and locked my account. My item was delivered to the ebay shipping center. Paypal responds to email with only a generic reply. The resoution center says paypal is investigating. What is there to investigate? The buyer paid me and I mailed her item. How do I get my money back and my account unlocked?

Paypal have limited your account whilst they investigate the buyers claim.
If the buyer is correct and his paypal account was used without his consent ie hacked then of course he would get a refund.
You also would not lose out as long as you met ALL the criteria of seller protection.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
