Locked out of my account?

Hi, as the title says, I've got locked out of my account.

 

As normal, I try going into my account, and it says to verify my account as it doesn't recognize my device.

But, I mistyped my phone number the last time I changed it, and I'm unable to get a text / call.

 

Any help please?

Call PayPal customer service.  Click on the "contact" link at the bottom of the page and go from there.
