Limited account, could use some help

My account got limited recently.

What they ask from me is my ID and an utility bill to prove my address/location, i can provide my ID but as i still live with my parents i don't have any bills so what am i supposed to do? Do i need to get my own place and living expenses to get my own bills?....

What am i supposed to do? i sent my id in and i am over 18 yes but how can i prove my address?
