Looking at this page: https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/acceptableuse-full , I'm not sure: is a cartridge for a handheld console which allows one to play homebrew games covered under buyer protection? I haven't purchased one yet, but if it is, I'd much rather choose a website that accepts PayPal as I've been burned before with online purchases.
