Is an Xbox 360 game disc an "intangible" item?

I recently sold a game and received payment, so duly sent the item. I then got a chargeback case because the buyer claimed they did not authorise the payment. The claim was successful because PayPal claimed "intangible items are not covered under seller protection".
How is a physical dvd inside a case NOT a tangible item? This was not a download or a link, it was a full retail packed disc.
Anyone else had this problem?

It should be physical but did you provide trackable proof of delivery of the item to the buyer?

Thanks for the reply, yes, I did provide shipping details, the original notification from PayPal stated "the buyer did not authorise this purchase". The goods were shipped and the claim came before the expected delivery date!
