I was asked to prove the damage, but I am unable to add documents!

Hello all, urgent help needed!

 

I have received damaged, non-working goods, I have opened a claim and was asked by paypal to send a proof from 3rd party. 

The problem is that I can only view, but there is no option to add something.

Got this from a mods reply to another post.

 

To upload documents please follow the link: www.paypal.com/uploadstatement

If you will have any difficulties with uploading documents via link you can also use the name change option:

Log in to your account.

Click Profile near the top of the page.

In the 'Name' section, click Change.

Select the legal name change and click Continue.

Follow the on-screen instructions to upload and send files.

Once you will upload both documents, please let the Customer Support know via phone or Social Media. Thank you for your cooperation.

Hey, thanks for the tip. When I click the link, it forward me to the front page of my account. 

I use my legal name, so there should be no problems.

Any way to contact paypal directly? I take a while to get hold of them via facebook.

I addition to that:

 

 I was given 10 days to provide proof from 3rd party, but after 4 days from that notice, the current status of the case is: "Being reviewed by paypal". I did nothing it is past "Requiring your action" phase? Why is that?
