problems with verification

hello,

 

a couple of weeks back i received an email from paypal telling me to submit documents to verify my account.

i was linked to my dashboard where i was asked to upload an ID as well as a billing statement which I did.

 

unfortunately, i did not realize that my passport had expired and so was rejected by paypal and limits were placed on my account..

i am now unable to make any transfers or to accept payments for my online shop..

 

i am now trying to submit another id but am unable to do so.

 

the previous link is no longer available since i had already used it and attaching the documents via email sent to paypal customer support did not work either (i was told that they cannot open email attachments for security reasons).

 

is there anyone out there who knows how i can send these documents for paypal to review?

not being able to receive payments is a disaster for my shop and it is my only source of income..
