I have recently forgotten my password to my another PayPal account, so I followed the forgoten password steps, I went thru the email verification but I also need to go thru my phone's number verification, but I no longer have acess to that number, anyway I can bypass the phone verification? Thanks.

Your best bet to getting back into your account would be to call our customer service so they can verify your identity and help you reset your password. You can get their number by clicking the Help & Contact link towards the bottom of most of our pages. Even if you can't log in you'll still be able to get our customer service number. 🙂
