I need help with negative balance...

i posted about negative balance early..

so...this is wat happened. somehow the guy who paid me he charged back and i got a negative balance..

and today i contacted him and talked to about it and we solved the problem...

he said he closed a dispute, but i still hav negative balance on my paypal...

does it take time to get rid of negative balance on my paypal? 

if so, how long does it take..?

and if not... why i still get a negative balance?
