i posted about negative balance early.. so...this is wat happened. somehow the guy who paid me he charged back and i got a negative balance.. and today i contacted him and talked to about it and we solved the problem... he said he closed a dispute, but i still hav negative balance on my paypal... does it take time to get rid of negative balance on my paypal? if so, how long does it take..? and if not... why i still get a negative balance?

Well.. what i found from googling is [ New ] on Jun-08-2012 02:40 PM Hi there xxxxxxx (i jus edited to xxxxx for his privacy) If your balance is negative we do not attempt to take the funds from your bank account. It is up to yourself to resolve a negative balance, just to note however if you receive a payment through PayPal this is automatically taken off your negative balance. Hope this helps xxxxxxxxx (same here for privacy) this was from 2012 jun 08 its pretty recent...and answered by paypal moderator... so basically...they won't touch my bank account at all or send it to debt collectors but later when i receive money through paypal, i wont get money? i mean... i will get money but it takes off from my negative balance by automatically.. is that right? 😞

I'm in a very difficult situation, Since someone chargedback money, now i have negative balance....and i cannot resolve this as i do not want money coming out of my account, also do not want to make up negative balance for nothing-_- so my question is..will paypal take money from my bank account without my permission to recover negative balance?? hi..im kinda new to paypal. here's the problem.. i linked my bank account and confirmed.... after that i tried to transfer money to my bank account..but it keep send me to "link your bank account" page and when i filled up routing and account # i get this message. This bank account has already been added to PayPal but was not successfully confirmed. Please contact our Customer Service department for help confirming your bank account. I also checked <profile -> my money>. but next to the bank accounts... it supposed to say "update" but it says "add my bank"....and yes... again.. it sent me to "link your bank account" repeatedly... and same problem like above.. and.. i can't find confirm my bank account pages... what do i do?
