I put my drums on CL and got a text from someone accross the country. They have no issue with the price, and prefer to use paypal to pay me, it's only 350 dollars and I asked for a little extra to cover Paypals fees, they offered an extra 50 for shipping and for my troubles.
My ad has photos and the drums are self explanitory, I just don't want to receive the money and send the drums, then they try to get a chargeback and I'm out the money and drums.
Help?

Hi raydiditagain
I would say its a scam
Because although your photos may be self explanatory they havent seen or tested the item
They prefer to use ppal but the item has to be collected
Never accept ppal for item that nededs collecting as this could end in a reversal and the loss of your item
Always accept cash on collection
They will probably ask you to make a westeren union payment and send you fake emails supposedly from ppal to say you've been paid
