I've recently had 2 transactions pop up that someone else did without my knowledge/consent. I sent in the disputes and got 1 back immedietly. The other sat for 4 days and then I'm told this -
Dear (my name)
We’ve completed our review of your account and found that your account is secure and has not been accessed by an unauthorized third party. As a result, we’ve closed your unauthorized transaction claim.
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we encourage you to work with the seller to find a resolution. If you can't find a resolution, you may file a dispute in your Resolution Center.

Money was stolen from me and has not been accessed by an unauthorized third party....right..then why was the first of the two charges refunded? I tried filing another dispute but it keeps saying - The following Transaction IDs are not valid:
It worked the first time so I am assuming once the first dispute is closed you cannot make a second.
What else can I do to get my money back? I've been on paypal since 2007 and this is the first time I have had this happen. If I don't get my money back I will be closing my account and moving to alternative means. I don't take kindly to having money stolen from me.

Yes, waited on hold after talking to 2 people, for an hour and a half. Finally I said a few choice words and hung up. I will try again later (maybe they're just really "busy") and if that fails. I will just bite the bullet lose the $60 that was stolen and say good-bye to paypal and find a new avenue to take my business to for purchases.
