Dispute Won, But Seller's Account Empty

I bought 2 of these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/290846913627

At this point, I'm nearly 100% sure this is fraudulent. I've filed a claim with Paypal and expect to win. What happens if I win the claim, and the seller has taken the money from his Paypal account and left? Will I receive my money back? I purchased the items with Paypal Payment Protection.

I'm hoping that's the case, but I've seen other threads that claim paypal will not refund you ANy money if they can not claim it from the seller's account!

If win a Seller Protection dispute, you will get your funds back.

I'm not too sure what you mean by that, can you elaborate?

The seller has also closed his eBay account. I'm 100% this was a scam.
