Could I get a refund?

So I've been purchasing multiple Items on Multiplayer server for minecraft. So my Transaction dates are past the 20 day deadline. But just now recently, The server has taken away from me what they were advertising. So not only did I spend money on their product, I didn't recive the full deal. Only parts of it.  I've made these payments to the server using my Paypal balance and Pre-paid debit cards (With the same email as my paypal.) They've also come into violation with Mojang's (The Creators of Minecraft) EULA. Which i'm in fear of losing everything I've bought from them due to the fact they can be shutdown for complying with Mojang's EULA. Would I be able to charge back due to these issues?

You need to treat EACH transaction as a separate dispute.

Before you do that, you should review PayPal terms of use and buyer protection and then decide what to do.  If you decide to pursue disputes you will have to do each one individually.

You should also be aware that PayPal evaluates each member disputes; if a member has too many issues, the account could be limited.  Your account can also get  limited for relationships with problem sites.
