Hi Everyone,
We purchased an engine from Canada and after 90 days, we haven't received it yet. I was wondering what are the chances we would get our money back. 😞

You won't know until you try.
Why are you wating so long? If you delay too long you won't have an option.
Motor vehicles are not eligible, but I guess engines would be.
Just file a dispute for item not received. If eligible, it should be simple as long as there is no tracking number to show delivered.

It could depend on where she bought it,on Ebay motors??
You have 180 days to file a dispute -item not received ,seller would have to respond and prove he has delivered the item(if it is covered by Paypal buyer protection).
Have you tried contacting the seller?
If it is on Ebay, why cant you just open the case on Ebay?

If this is an Ebay transaction, somewhere there is a note saying if it qualifies for buyer protection, either on the listing or I cant recall seeing whereelse?
how did the seller say it is only to be delivered?
